First Aid at Work Instructor Programme
The WorkSafe First Aid at Work Instructor Upgrade programme is designed for those who want to provide HSE approved First Aid at Work training to their staff, customers or clients but do not currently have HSE approval.
'This qualification will enable you to teach HSE approved First Aid at Work courses using WorkSafe materials and certification'
The First Aid at Work Instructor Upgrade programme is designed to build on your existing knowledge as an approved WorkSafe First Aid Instructor and provide greater in-depth understanding and application of the WorkSafe HSE approved First Aid at Work syllabus. The upgrade is available to any existing WorkSafe approved instructor and this may be obtained immediately prior to undertaking the FAW upgrade.
Qualification is also provided to enable independant assessment of First Aid at Work programmes. Full assessment material and procedures are provided along with opportunity to conduct at least one FAW assessment under guidance from a member of the WorkSafe Instructor Approvals Team.
As a WorkSafe approved FAW instructor and assessor you will be required to undertake at least one ongoing moderation visit per year by a member of the WorkSafe quality team.
