Chris founded WorkSafe Training Systems in 2007 after a career with the UK Fire and Rescue Service. He has delivered first aid training for more than 18 years and has a wealth of medical experience and knowledge. Chris develops and oversees all of WorkSafe’s programmes and ensures they meet current guidance.
Natalie joined the WorkSafe team in 2013 after a career in the education sector as a teacher. Natalie is a qualified verifier and acts as the quality control manager for Worksafe. Natalie advises on best teaching practice within the first aid instructor courses and has recently launched the L3 Award in Education & training.
Malcolm has been teaching first aid for more than ten years, having previously worked as a paramedic with the East Midlands Ambulance Service. Malcolm is a skilled presenter and trainer and is one of WorkSafe’s leading instructors and has helped to develop the WorkSafe programmes.
Marion has more than 20 years’ experience in administration and now manages the Worksafe office. Marion ensures orders are processed and manages the instructor database, including verification visits. Marion also holds a catering qualification and is responsible for WorkSafe’s legendary cakes.
Jenny has managed the Worksafe accounts since the start of the company in 2007. Customer account and supplier set up are part of her role as well as managing invoicing and statements.
