All certificates are issued via email to the provider who delivered your course. In the first instance please ask your instructor to forward a copy to you.
Note: Please wait up to 30 days from your course completion date before contacting us as your instructor may still be in the process of submitting your course details to our system.

Need a copy urgently? Use our App – If you completed your training after August 1, 2024, you can access your certificate through the WorkSafe mobile app. Use the appropriate link below to download it.
