Meet the WorkSafe Team
We’re really proud of our team members at WorkSafe. Instructors and admin support alike, everyone contributes to our success and all are dedicated to ensuring everyone who teaches a WorkSafe training programme has the support and materials required to teach effectively.

Natalie Parsons
Director
Natalie joined WorkSafe Training Systems after a career in the education sector as a teacher.
Working alongside experts from the emergency services, Natalie and the team developed interactive teaching programmes with comprehensive lesson plans.
Natalie is a qualified Internal Quality Assurer and monitors WorkSafe’s programmes to ensure that they meet current guidelines.
Natalie is also the Centre Co-ordinator for SFJ Awards who approve WorkSafe’s successful L3 Award in Education & training.

Chris Parsons
Director & chief instructor
Chris established WorkSafe Training Systems back in 2007. With a background of 30 years in fire and rescue Chris’ knowledge of emergency response and care provides the foundation for the technical and practical knowledge delivered within our courses.
On a day to day basis Chris is responsible for the ongoing development of our training courses and learning platforms to ensure WorkSafe maintains its position as one of the top independent training providers in the country.
Chris is one of our lead verifiers and is always keen to get out on the road and undertake teaching observations and maintain the relationships with our UK wide network of instructors.
Outside of WorkSafe Chris is an outdoor enthusiast enjoying most things outdoors including mountain walking, sailing and snowboarding!

Trish Hill
DEputy manager
Trish joined the team in 2019 and since then has helped to digitise our office processes.
Trish manages our verification process and marketing strategies.
Trish also studies nutrition, providing healthy recipes and snacks for us to try!

Cathryn Turner
Office Administration
Cathryn joined WorkSafe in 2024 as our dedicated course administrator.
Cathryn is trained in accountancy and is an experienced administrator having previously worked in both the public and charity sectors.

Caroline Brearley
Lead Instructor
Caroline has had an extensive career within the aviation industry devising and delivering cabin crew and pilot training programmes for a major British airline.
She has established a successful freelance training business delivering first aid courses through WorkSafe since 2010.
Caroline delivers our First Aid Instructor course and Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
Volunteering as a Community First Responder, this role enables Caroline to offer training to new responders as well as members of the local community.
