Manual Handling Awareness

Our manual handling training is designed to educate your employees on good lifting techniques with emphasis on integrating these into everyday working practices.

Awareness of how to appropriately manage every day manual handling tasks will minimise the risk of injury within the workplace.

The course complies with the Health & Safety Executive Guidelines for Manual Handling at Work, including recommendations taken from the Manual Handling Operations 1992 (amended 2002).

These regulations specify both employer and employee responsibilities in managing manual handling tasks that are not avoidable.
