Once you have completed your Level 3 Award in Education and Training and your First Aid at Work qualification, you are on your final step to becoming a First Aid Instructor!
The WorkSafe Instructor Training Programme is held at our friendly head office in Nuneaton, you can book onto the course with ease using our new and comprehensive website here.
Our monthly courses start at 9.30am and finish at 4.00pm which includes your lunch, just make sure you let us know your dietary requirements!

What will the course cover?
You will be presented with your Instructor Kit. This includes WorkSafe Instructor guides which outline programme specific lesson plans, rules and regulations, administration and assessment papers.
Browse through the variety of WorkSafe student packs available for use which include certification issued by WorkSafe.
Lesson plans and additional resources can be used to personalise your own courses, Advice on practical learning methods and guidance on applying current UK Resuscitation Guidelines are all part of the course.
Assessment methods will be discussed to find out how you can fairly assess competence whilst ensuring compliance.
Included is advice about inclusive assessment approaches to ensure that all individual needs are met and respected. Tips and techniques on motivating students with a common sense approach to course delivery are reflected in the course feedback we receive.

Once qualified to teach First Aid you are not on your own! WorkSafe are here to provide continued support and advice whenever you need us. We will also send appropriate industry updates and guideline changes to keep you up to date.
