Meet the WorkSafe Team
We’re really proud of our team members at WorkSafe. Instructors and admin support alike, everyone contributes to our success and all are dedicated to ensuring everyone who teaches a WorkSafe training programme has the support and materials required to teach effectively.
Natalie Parsons
Director
Natalie joined WorkSafe Training Systems after a career in the education sector as a teacher.
Working alongside experts from the emergency services, Natalie and the team developed interactive teaching programmes with comprehensive lesson plans.
Natalie is a qualified Internal Quality Assurer and monitors WorkSafe’s programmes to ensure that they meet current guidelines.
Natalie is also the Centre Co-ordinator for SFJ Awards who approve WorkSafe’s successful L3 Award in Education & training.
Marion Parnell
Office administration
Marion joined WorkSafe in 2013 to assist with the expansion of our services.
Marion manages course certification and instructor renewals.
Marion also holds a catering qualification and is responsible for WorkSafe’s legendary cakes.
Pat Hill
Finance
Pat joined WorkSafe in 2016 after retiring from her career in finance as a bank manager.
Pat coordinates customer accounts and manages our credit control.
Out of work Pat runs a small holding with her sheep and chickens keeping her busy with lambing and egg collection.
Rod PUFFER
Lead Instructor
Rod began teaching first aid over 13 years ago. Following in the footsteps of his mum, Rod joined her company and started his journey in the first aid industry. Rod’s engaging and dynamic teaching style soon led to him branching out and running his own business, delivering first aid courses across the Midlands.
Rod delivers our First Aid at Work course and regularly delivers WorkSafe courses for other local training providers.
Rod is a fitness enthusiast and in his spare time you can find him working out at the gym.
Caroline Brearley
Lead Instructor
Caroline has had an extensive career within the aviation industry devising and delivering cabin crew and pilot training programmes for a major British airline.
She has established a successful freelance training business delivering first aid courses through WorkSafe since 2010.
Caroline delivers our First Aid Instructor course and Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
Volunteering as a Community First Responder, this role enables Caroline to offer training to new responders as well as members of the local community.
