WorkSafe Instructor Zone Gets a Further Upgrade

We’ve recently rolled out a series of improvements to the WorkSafe Instructor Zone, all designed to make your day-to-day tasks quicker, smoother, and more intuitive. We responded to your feedback from the instructor survey and made some small but important changes to our systems.

Edit and Change Course Notifications

Instructors and Training Provider admins can now edit and delete course notifications providing learners have not been added. This means if your planned course does not go ahead, or the venue, course type or date changes you can simply login and change the details. Once you add learners this feature is disabled to ensure records remain consistent and compliant.

Delete Course Record Uploads

We’ve also added the ability to delete uploaded course paperwork in case of erroneous uploads. Simply use the delete button next to the document. Again these can only be deleted until the course is finalised to ensure accuracy of records.

Blended Learning Bulk Purchasing

Finally, within the purchasing area of our website you can now bulk purchase blended learning training packs and upload a file of your learner details (names and email addresses). Simply choose the course type and ensure you select the ‘Bulk Buy Purchasing’ product option when placing your training resource orders via our online shop.
